Daniel J. Matloubian is a senior attorney who is admitted to the bar in California. With a wealth of prior estate planning and trust litigation experience, he focuses his practice on complex estate planning and trust and estate administration, as well as complex trust and estate litigation. He has experience representing individuals, families, corporate trustees, and private fiduciaries in litigation involving will and trust disputes, contested conservatorships and guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty matters and claims involving elder abuse.
Daniel has spent his entire legal career in the field of estate planning, trust and estate litigation, and administration. He previously worked for major international firms focused in trust and estate litigation and estate planning. Prior to his legal career, he became a Certified Public Accountant and uses his insights as an accountant to better serve his clients.
Daniel obtained a J.D. with a Specialization in Business Law - Taxation Track in 2017 from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has also obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, Leventhal School of Accounting in 2012.
Daniel has notable recognition and awards. He has been named a Southern California Super Lawyers, Rising Star, Estate & Trust Litigation in 2021 and 2022. He also takes pride in his community involvement. Daniel regularly participates in the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County by being part of their Legacy Committee and Audit Committee. Furthermore, Daniel is able to speak three languages including Farsi, Hebrew, and Spanish (conversational).
